Today's Shopping Trip: Walgreens & General Dollar

I went to Walgreens and General Dollar today and wanted to post what I bought, how much I spent, & how much I saved.

Walgreens: (Spent: $5.23 Saved: $11.28)

2- Old Spice Body Washes ($4.49ea/$2.25ea) - Received 4.50 in RR (Register Rewards)

1- Oscar Mayer Deli Creations ($3.29/$.99)

2- Tic Tacs- filler item ($1.49ea/$.75ea)

Used a $3RR from my last shopping trip

Savings of : 68%

(Received $4.50RR - which would then make my total only $.73 and a savings of 95%)

A Note Regarding Walgreens: You cannot use your RR if you have more coupons then items. So, in order for me to use my $3RR I bought some Tic Tacs with a B1G1 Q from a previous Sunday paper. This way I had more items then coupons and still saved!

Dollar General: (Spent: $2.50, Saved: $4.00)

2- Sauve Deodorants: ($1.50/Free)

3- Flower Seed Packets ($1.00/these weren't on sale, I just wanted them, my splurge ;)

2- Cans of Crm of Mushroom Soup ($1.25ea/$.75ea)
