Meijer Ad for 5/30/10
Kroger Weekly Ad 5/30 – 6/5 I Heart Saving Money
New Coupons 5/30/10
There are a TON of new coupons on Coupons.com. Before you print these off I would highly recommend going through InboxDollars.com to print these, as you will get an additional 10 cents back for ever coupon you redeem through their site. I have come to really enjoy InboxDollars.com, I have earned quite a bit just buy opening emails, and doing nothing more. I also print all of my Coupons.com through their site for an additional 10 cents per coupon! Occassionally I take surveys, but you make it your own. It is VERY save and reliable, and a great way to earn a little extra money, please note you won't get rich quick or anything crazy like that, but even the littlest bit helps. If you haven't signed up, sign up today for a $5 sign up bonus, click on the banner below:

Keep Your Heart & Mind Open
Keep your mind and heart open to other brands. I am still a bit picky about certain items, and what I will allow my family to use, but I have opened my horizons to try other products, some of which I have found I really like just as much, and some that I have found I don't like. But, you might find other loves that are cheaper and will save you even more money.
Give it try!

Swagbucks.com & ShopAtHome.com (Other ways to save & earn)
First Swagbucks:
I love this search engine, and that's just what it is. A search engine like Google or Yahoo. The only difference is you earn Swagbucks for searches, taking daily polls, and a couple of other free ways. You can earn a $5 Amazon.com gift card with just 450 Swagbucks. I earned my first gift card in less than 2 weeks, and just earned enough Swagbucks today to purchase my second gift card, which took me about 4 weeks. You will get a 30 Swagbucks just for signing up.
All you have to do is do your normal searches, one strategy is to search every website you plan to use, instead of typing it into the URL. Usually you can win once or twice a day. Fridays are Mega Swagbuck days and you can increase your chances of winning on that day. You can also take the Daily Poll and win 1-3 Swagbucks a day. And they have other offers you can, which I don't normally do, that are either paid or free. It's just a great search engine and you get rewarded just for searching! Check it out now and get signed up today for your first 30 Swagbucks.
Second ShopAtHome.com:
This is a great site for when you are buying items from home. I do a lot of online shopping especially when there are good deals. Shop At Home allows you to earn a percentage back on all your purchases when you go through their site. It is completely free, and you get $5 when you sign up. I try and post some of their best deals on this site. Also if I find certain stores are having online deals, I will go through my ShopAtHome account to make the purchase and get even more back.
Don't get me wrong I am NOT saying you will get rich quick but these are a good way of at least earning some extra points and money for the things you are already doing online. Check them both out today and get started!

Taking on Walgreens & CVS
- CVS will provide what they call Extra Care Bucks (ECB) on many of the products they are selling each week. -Think of ECB as gift certificates for CVS, you can use these of future transactions in their store on almost any items, with just a few exclusions.
- We are going to 'Roll Over' your purchases into a couple of transactions, to ensure least amount out of pocket (OOP) & greater savings.
- You will need to get a CVS card in order to get the savings and any ECB back. Just pick one up when you are checking out, and then go home and be sure to register online.
- Your ECB will print at the end of your receipts, just tare them off, and keep in a safe place for future transactions.
OOP: Only tax -- FREE
Receive: $4ECB - MoneyMaker - you just made $4 and got two free items
Use 1 B1G1 Free Lip Care Q from the June All You magazine*
Use 1 -$4/1 or -$3/1 Nivea Bodywash Q from P&G 5/2
OOP: $2.98 with the -$4/1 OR $3.98 with the -$3/1
- Their policy is that you can not have more items than coupons.
OOP: $1.99 + tax
Final: FREE after $2RR
Complete Mulitpurpose Solution (12oz) ($7.99) - Receive $8RR
Use -$2/1 from RP 5/16
OOP: $5.99 +tax
Final: $2 Money Maker after $8RR
**For the Daring at Heart**
If you would like you could 'roll' these two transactions, here's how you would do this:
You will tell the cashier you are going to do two transactions:
1st Transaction:
Colgate Toothpaste ($2.99)
Use -$1/1 Colgate Toothpaste from the Diabetes & You Walgreen's booklet or SS 5/9
Pay OOP: $1.99
Receive $2RR
Final: Free after RR
2nd Transaction:
Complete Multipurpose Solution ($7.99) (& grab a filler item)
Use -$2/1 from RP 5/16
Use $2RR from 1st Transaction
OOP: $3.99
Receive: $8RR
Final: $4 Money Maker!
